Terms & Conditions — t bajee
These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the t bajee platform. By creating an account or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to every clause set out in this document. Please read carefully before proceeding.
Eligibility Requirement
You must be at least 18 years of age to register and play on t bajee. Providing false age information is a serious breach of these Terms and will result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of all balances.
One Account Per Player
Each player may hold only one registered account on t bajee. Operating multiple accounts — whether to claim multiple bonuses or circumvent restrictions — constitutes fraud and will result in all accounts being permanently suspended.
Bonus Terms Apply
All bonuses and free spins offered by t bajee are subject to specific wagering requirements. Attempting to withdraw bonus funds before meeting the stated wagering requirement will result in the forfeiture of the bonus balance.
Taka Transactions
All transactions on t bajee are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Deposits via bK ash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and supported bank channels are subject to the minimum and maximum limits stated at the time of transaction.
KYC Verification
t bajee reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any stage. Failure to complete KYC verification within the stated timeframe will result in withdrawal processing being suspended until compliance is achieved.
Fair Play Certified
All games available on t bajee use certified random number generators (RNG). Any attempt to manipulate, exploit, or abuse game software, including through the use of automated bots or scripts, is strictly prohibited.
Definitions & Interpretation
In these Terms & Conditions, unless the context otherwise requires, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below. Defined terms appear with an initial capital letter throughout this document.

| "Balance" | The total sum of real-money funds currently held in a Player's Account wallet, excluding any bonus funds that remain subject to active wagering requirements. |
| "Bonus Funds" | Promotional credits awarded by t bajee as part of a bonus offer. Bonus Funds are held separately from real-money Balance and are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal. |
| "Wagering Requirement" | The total amount a Player must wager using Bonus Funds before those funds become eligible for withdrawal. Stated as a multiplier of the bonus amount (e.g., 30x means the bonus amount must be wagered 30 times). |
| "KYC" | Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process that t bajee conducts to confirm a Player's identity, age, and source of funds in accordance with platform policy. |
| "Prohibited Jurisdiction" | Any country, territory, or region from which access to or use of the Platform is restricted or prohibited under applicable law or platform policy. |
Any reference to a statute, regulation, or legal provision shall be construed as including any amendment, re-enactment, or replacement of that provision. Headings in these Terms are for convenience only and do not affect interpretation. The singular includes the plural and vice versa.
Account Registration & Eligibility
To access real-money gaming on t bajee, you must create a registered Account. By completing the registration process, you represent and warrant that all information provided is accurate, complete, and current. t bajee reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account found to have been registered using false or misleading information.
The following eligibility conditions must be met at the time of registration and maintained throughout your use of the Platform:
- You are at least 18 years of age at the time of registration and remain so throughout your use of the Platform.
- You are registering on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party.
- You do not already hold an active or previously suspended Account on t bajee.
- You are not accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction.
- You are not a current or former employee, contractor, or close associate of t bajee or any of its affiliated game providers.
- You are of sound mind and are not registering under duress or coercion.
- You acknowledge that gambling involves risk and that you may lose the funds you deposit.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials. Any activity that occurs under your Account is your responsibility. If you suspect unauthorised access to your Account, you must notify t bajee support immediately at [email protected]. t bajee will not be liable for losses resulting from your failure to maintain password security.
t bajee reserves the right to request KYC documentation at any time, including but not limited to: National Identity Card (NID), passport, utility bill, or proof of payment method. Withdrawal requests may be placed on hold pending successful completion of KYC. Players who fail to provide satisfactory documentation within 14 calendar days of a formal request may have their Account suspended and withdrawals cancelled.
Players are required to set a strong and unique password at registration. t bajee recommends enabling SMS two-factor authentication (2FA) for all Accounts. t bajee will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. Any representative claiming otherwise should be reported to support immediately.
Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments
t bajee supports a comprehensive range of Bangladeshi payment methods to ensure that depositing and withdrawing funds is as straightforward and accessible as possible for players across the country. All financial transactions on the Platform are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT), represented by the ৳ symbol.
The following payment channels are currently supported on t bajee:
- Mobile Banking: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay — deposits and withdrawals processed directly to your registered mobile banking number.
- Bank Transfer: Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank — direct bank-to-platform transfers for higher transaction limits.
Deposits are credited to your Account Balance immediately upon confirmation from the payment provider. Minimum deposit amounts and any applicable processing fees are displayed at the point of transaction. t bajee does not charge its own deposit fees; however, your payment provider may apply their standard transaction charges. Deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name — third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
Withdrawal requests from verified Accounts are processed within 24 hours under standard conditions. Withdrawals are returned to the same payment method used for the original deposit wherever technically possible. t bajee reserves the right to request additional verification before processing any withdrawal request. The minimum withdrawal amount and any applicable limits are displayed in the cashier section of your Account.
t bajee operates strict anti-money laundering (AML) controls. Any transaction that appears suspicious, inconsistent with a Player's stated financial profile, or structured to circumvent reporting thresholds will be flagged for review and may be reported to the relevant authorities. t bajee reserves the right to freeze Account balances pending AML investigation without prior notice to the Player.
All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ / BDT). t bajee does not currently support multi-currency Accounts. Any currency conversion costs arising from the use of internationally-issued payment instruments are the sole responsibility of the Player and are not covered or reimbursed by t bajee.
Bonus & Promotions Policy
t bajee offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. All bonuses are governed by these Terms and any specific terms published alongside each individual promotion. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and promotion-specific terms, the promotion-specific terms shall take precedence for that offer only.
- Each bonus offer is intended for one Account per Player, per household, per device, and per payment method. t bajee will void bonuses claimed in violation of this rule.
- Wagering requirements must be met using real-money funds or Bonus Funds as specified in the individual offer terms. Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements — slots typically contribute 100%, while live casino and sports betting may contribute at a lower rate.
- Bonus Funds are used before real-money Balance when placing wagers, unless the specific promotion states otherwise.
- t bajee reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any bonus offer at any time without prior notice. This does not affect bonuses already accepted and in active use by a Player.
- Bonuses may not be transferred between Accounts and hold no cash value outside of the wagering process.
- Any Player found to be abusing the bonus system — including through matched betting, arbitrage, or the use of multiple Accounts — will have all bonuses voided and may be permanently excluded from future promotional offers.
User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct
By using t bajee, you agree to conduct yourself in a manner that is lawful, fair, and respectful toward other users, the Platform, and its staff. The following activities are strictly prohibited and constitute a material breach of these Terms:
- Providing false, incomplete, or misleading personal information during registration or at any subsequent point.
- Creating or operating more than one Account on the Platform.
- Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial means to interact with the Platform or its games.
- Attempting to exploit software bugs, glitches, or technical errors for financial gain. Any winnings obtained through identified system errors will be voided.
- Engaging in any form of collusion, cheating, or match-fixing in connection with sports betting markets.
- Using the Platform to launder money or conduct any other illegal financial activity.
- Accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction through the use of VPNs, proxies, or other circumvention technology.
- Engaging in abusive, threatening, or offensive behaviour toward t bajee support staff or other users.
- Reverse engineering, decompiling, or attempting to extract the source code of any t bajee software or game.
t bajee reserves the right to investigate any suspected breach of these obligations and to take such action as it deems appropriate, including but not limited to immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of Balance, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities.
Intellectual Property
All content on the t bajee Platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, text, graphics, software, game interfaces, and data compilations — is the exclusive intellectual property of t bajee or its licensed third-party providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.
- You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only.
- You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, or publicly display any content from the Platform without the express prior written consent of t bajee.
- Game software and content provided by third-party providers (including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi) remains the intellectual property of those respective providers and is subject to their applicable licences.
- Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas submitted to t bajee by Players may be used by the Platform without obligation of compensation or attribution to the submitting Player.
Account Suspension & Closure
t bajee reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, at any time, with or without prior notice to the Player. Circumstances that may trigger suspension or closure include but are not limited to:
- Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
- Discovery that the Player is under 18 years of age.
- Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or abuse of the Platform.
- Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
- Request by the Player to self-exclude or during an active cooling-off period.
- Legal or regulatory requirement.
Players may request Account closure at any time by contacting the t bajee support team at [email protected]. Prior to closure, any pending withdrawal requests must be completed and all active wagering requirements resolved. Real-money Balance remaining at the time of closure will be returned to the Player via their registered payment method after satisfactory completion of any outstanding verification requirements.
Upon Account closure, all Bonus Funds and any winnings derived exclusively from Bonus Funds that have not yet met their wagering requirement will be forfeited. Closure does not affect any legitimate real-money Balance that has been earned through compliant gameplay and is eligible for withdrawal under the terms applicable at the time of the relevant transaction.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, t bajee, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:
- Loss of funds resulting from gambling decisions made by the Player.
- Interruptions to service caused by technical faults, maintenance windows, or third-party infrastructure failures.
- Delays in payment processing attributable to third-party payment providers including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, or banking partners.
- Unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain adequate password security.
- Actions taken by t bajee in good faith compliance with its AML, KYC, or responsible gaming obligations.
Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
t bajee operates as a safe and reliable platform using SSL encryption and fair play certified games. These Terms were last updated on 1 January 2026. We reserve the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via the email address on record. Your continued use of the Platform following notice of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
